May 10, 2007; Conshohocken, PA, USA: The speed and spectacle of MAC international cyclocross bicycle races will return to your area this autumn. Last year’s MAC races featured riders from Europe and Scandinavia competing against the very best men and women from Canada and the United States -- including Tour de France veterans. This year, the MAC series will be even more spectacular as every race will count toward the rider’s international rankings as well as their starting position in the World Championships to be held in Treviso, Italy on January 27-28, 2008.

MAC cyclocross is a crowd-pleasing mixture of high-speed road racing and Olympic-style mountain bike racing. Nicknamed the “steeplechase of cycling”, cyclocross takes place on highly-visible courses laid out in municipal parks and private estates and often features hurdles that force the racers to briefly run with their bikes. MAC cyclocross races feature international professional and elite races for men and women, as well as an undercard of races for nationally-ranked and regional racers. All MAC cyclocross races offer a full day of family entertainment, free admission, professional announcers and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

More details about your local race will be released as the race date approaches. Until then, please check the schedule below and make a note of your race date:
